Time to Change Employer Pledge

As part of Fourfront Group’s proactive approach to the health and wellbeing of our employees, we are delighted to announce we have signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge.

The Time to Change Pledge is a growing movement of over 500 employers across all sectors from FTSE 100 companies and leading retailers to Government departments and local authorities, all demonstrating their commitment to changing how we think and act about mental health in the workplace.

With 1 in 4 employees affected by anxiety, depression, and stress every year, mental ill health is the leading cause of sickness absence in the UK.

We recognise that our employees are our greatest asset, as such a key focus for our Wellbeing Programme this year has been to battle the stigma associated with mental health and the discrimination around it. To promote a culture of openness we have many initiatives to promote mental health in the workplace. Information and support is readily available from our online Wellbeing Forum, where we regularly post articles discussing mental health related issues, this also contains a communal chat section where both senior members of staff and employees have shared their stories and experiences facilitating an active conversation around wellbeing and proactive ways to combat life’s stresses. We have multiple Wellbeing Champions who have been trained to support their colleagues and drive wellbeing activities such as celebrating World Mental Health day.  It is through initiatives like these we aim to make mental health apart of our everyday corporate language.

We are pleased to announce our Wellbeing Champions created an exemplary Action Plan which was approved by Time to Change without revisions.

Clive Lucking, CEO Fourfront Group said, ‘By signing the Time to Change Employer Pledge we further bolster our efforts to ensure we create a happy and open working environment for all employees free from the discrimination around mental health.’
