New headquarters for RCPsych
Area Sq and Sketch Studios, in partnership with building surveyor Watts Group, have completed the bold design and fit-out of the Royal College of Psychiatrists new Ska Gold accredited home on Mansell Street.
This six floor 50,000 sq ft workspace now features a striking atrium reception, stylish members’ area, an Antiquarian Room, a media suite and restaurant, as well as flexible meeting spaces and open, bright staff work spaces and staff wellbeing zones.
Blending a sense of heritage and history with modern, contemporary styles and sensibilities, this new space is very well received by all who have visit it - not to mention those that work there. A Ska Gold Rating was achieved by completing the office fit-out in the most sustainable manner, implementing energy saving technology and specifying the most sustainable materials that are available.
