Fourfront promotes new Group HR Director

Fourfront Group promotes from within for new Group HR Director

Fourfront Group are delighted to announce that Pippa Savory has been promoted to Group HR Director.

Four years after joining as part-time HR Manager, Pippa has created a fantastic HR team and now manages a team of five. She has also played an integral role during a period of huge growth for the Group, which has seen over 150 new employees being hired in the last few years.

In addition to her recruitment work, Pippa has been the pioneering force behind many of Fourfront’s people initiatives, including the introduction of a formal appraisal system, individual training programmes and a mentoring programme. The Group’s people development strategy has been entirely transformed, and we are proud to invest three times the national average on training for staff. Pippa launched an annual employee engagement survey with the intention of improving communication and feedback for all Group employees, and this then resulted in a number of new staff initiatives. The ‘Women in Fourfront’ programme was developed and launched by Pippa in 2014, and has proved extremely successful so far, helping women across the Group to develop both their interpersonal and business skills. This programme in particular was one of the reasons Fourfront were proud recipients of the Enlightened Employer Award at the recent Thames Valley Women in Business Awards. During Pippa’s tenure as HR Manager, the Group was also named as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

Clive Lucking, Fourfront Group CEO, said, “People are central to our business, and Pippa plays a crucial role in this. She is an integral part of our business, and this promotion is a testament to her great work. Pippa is appreciated by management and employees of Fourfront, Area Sq, Cube and Sketch alike, and we could not be more delighted to make her Group HR Director.”

Pippa said: “I am delighted to receive this recognition. I am so proud to work at Fourfront, I really do have the best colleagues and coming to work is an absolute pleasure.”
