360 Workplace convening Puzzle of Wellbeing panel debate as part of WORKTECH20 UK & EMEA’s virtual conference

Wellbeing was already rising up the business agenda before Covid-19. But what will it mean in the post-pandemic workplace? How will our attitudes and policies change? An expert panel drawn from design, positive psychology, ergonomics and employee engagement will explore the future of wellbeing at this year’s WORKTECH20 UK and EMEA virtual conference on Wednesday 28th October.

The session will be chaired by WORKTECH Academy’s Senior Research Associate Imogen Privett, and 360 Workplace’s Managing Director Guenaelle Watson will be joined by Matt Frost, Director of Organisational Wellbeing Consulting for the world’s largest insurance and brokerage firm, Gallagher; Alex Long, Physiotherapist MCSP and Workplace Ergonomics Consultant for AP Ergonomics; and Paul Conway, Founder of Successful Humans.

Guenaelle comments: “The health and wellbeing of an organisation’s employees have a significant impact on company culture and performance. Post pandemic, wellbeing will play an instrumental role in how the future workplace is designed; with an increasingly distributed workforce, businesses need to consider how a workplace can support wellbeing to create destination spaces.

“There are many facets to wellbeing and I’m looking forward to exploring this topic with my fellow panellists at WORKTECH 20.”

WORKTECH20 UK & EMEA is the virtual forum for all those involved in the future of work and the workplace as well as real estate, technology and innovation.

Faced with the unimagined challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, the WORKTECH conference series is being delivered virtually for the first time. For more information and to purchase tickets, please click here.
