Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Egham/London

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing and working as part of a wider Marketing team you will be responsible for owning all digital channels and supporting the wider marketing plan for Fourfront Group’s brands Area, 360, Sketch and global partnership, The United Workplace.

This is a hands-on role where you will help build awareness, drive lead generation and nurture leads to hand over to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Automation, ABM campaigns, CRM, and measuring and reporting success. You will be a born multi-tasker, able to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the digital strategy across Social, SEO, Paid Advertising, Website, E-commerce and Automation for Group brands
  • Execute digital strategy through end-to-end campaign management including ad configuration, defining target segments, digital asset creation and reporting
  • Work with the wider marketing team to develop top, middle and bottom funnel strategies as part of the digital journey through SEM, content creation and Automation
  • Manage external agencies to deliver the digital strategy across our websites within budget
  • Create regular reports/audits to help drive better informed decision making and optimise future plans and strategy
  • Be responsible for managing day to day upkeep of all websites
  • Continually assess the systems and tools the business uses and make recommendations to new tools available which can further support the marketing and sales process

Professional Skills required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Strong experience with MarTech systems – Marketing Automation (preferably Marketing 365), website CMS (preferably Expression Engine and Craft), Google Analytics, SEMrush, HotJar
  • Experience working on E-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
  • Understanding of social selling using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience using A/B testing methodology across campaigns
  • Photoshop and InDesign skills would be a bonus
  • Video editing skills would be advantageous
