Our heavy hitting London D&B Sales team is after an ambitous Networker/Business Development Manager to develop and maintain existing Project Manager and Agent relationships. The Networker will also manage their own client database as well as organise and host corporate & educational seminars.

Main responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships and ultimately make existing or new contacts advocates for Area to generate repeat and referral business
  • Uncover and develop other external relationships that our clients would benefit from, connecting businesses and sharing information.
  • Manage their own contact database and liaise closely with the Telemarketing Manager and New Sales Director.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop the company’s “keeping in touch strategy” as well as e-campaigns, events, joint client press releases and awards.
  • Develop a series of client / prospect seminars
  • Networking and liaising with property agents where it is of benefit to our clients / our position.
  • Conduct debrief-meetings with all clients at the end of projects including client questionnaire and interview
  • Build a close relationship with our in-house Client Support team.

Professional Skills & Experience:

  • Sales experience ideal with an established PM and agent network
  • Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of property/real estate industry and serviced offices.
  • Solid business understanding.
