Fourfront Internal Wellness Programme

Acknowledging the importance of workplace wellness, Fourfront Group have this month launched an internal wellness programme for all employees.

Encouraging employees to feel happier and live a healthier lifestyle, the 12-month programme has been curated round twelve themes which consider mental wellbeing, stress awareness and nutritional health. To help educate and support individual wellbeing goals, employees will have access to a range of activities, workshops, blogs and tools.

The programme was first introduced with each employee receiving their very own wellbeing bag, which includes: a skipping rope, stress ball, protein bar, sleep mask, massage vouchers and vitamin C.

Fourfront Group’s HR director, Pippa Savory, comments:

“We are delighted to officially launch Fourfront Group’s Employee Wellness Programme. Our success as a business comes from the hard-working people who work for it, therefore, this is just one way we want to give back to our employees.

With Mental Health Awareness Week taking place in May, there is no better time for this programme to launch. This month and beyond, our mission is to encourage everyone within the business to talk about mental health issues and explore how we can break the stigma surrounding them. We hope that by providing access to a wide-range of external tools and hosting regular internal workshops will go some way to support this mission.”

In addition to previous wellbeing initiatives including, workplace yoga, and Fitbits given to all staff, this year’s charity fundraiser for Shooting Star Chase will see employees taking part in the Thames Path Walking challenge – a 40-mile walk from Fourfront Group’s office in London Bridge to their other office in Egham, Surrey.
