Designed to attract and support new talent, the programme is open to anyone 30 and under who works for Fourfront. Aimed at accelerating career progression and connecting young people within the business, NextGen also creates a platform for innovation and gives an opportunity for young talent to feed their expertise back into the business.
Supporting career development through a workshop-style learning environment with quarterly meetings and coaching sessions, the programme is specifically designed around females working in what is generally a very ‘male’ environment.
Trained internal mentors support individuals in their career development by passing on knowledge and experience. This formal supportive relationship enables individuals to grow professionally, but also to step outside of their comfort zone.
This programme enables us to bring fresh new talent into our business and give graduates an opportunity to learn and develop.
