Through Fourfront Group’s reputation for delivering exceptional work, the company has continued to expand their turnover from existing clients which now accounts for over 70% of turnover. The specialist Corporate Accounts team works alongside clients such as Hewlett Packard, Serco, Citrix, McAfee, easyJet and Motability Operations who have extensive property portfolios or on-going roll out project programmes. Fourfront Group has delivered overseas projects for several of these clients.

Client satisfaction is central to every project delivered and the company has a dedicated Client Support team who provide a highly responsive and dependable customer service. They assist clients with on-going project support and help ensure their office environment continues to operate at optimum efficiency. Fourfront Group also conducts regular client satisfaction surveys once projects are completed which have demonstrated high levels of client satisfaction.
The Group are due to move from their current Newman Street office into new London premises in early 2016. The head office in Egham was refurbished and extended by converting the existing rooftop into a state-of-the-art design studio and new technology and agile working practices have also been introduced throughout the landmark ‘Old Post Office’ building to enable the business to continue its high levels of creativity and excellence. Earlier this year, Cube moved into their own larger premises, Crest House, in Egham to accommodate the growing teams.
The company also occupies an 8,000 sq ft logistics warehouse in Colnbrook, near Heathrow which has enabled the business to best manage installation logistics and introduce clients to new services including move management, archiving and storage.
Sustainability remains at the heart of the business with Fourfront Group delivering more RICS Ska Rated sustainable office refurbishment projects than any other company in the UK. These projects include both Fourfront Group offices and those of several clients. The company has given tours of these offices to members of RICS, CIOB and BCO. Fourfront Group is also carbon negative, has ISO14001 accreditation and is a Sunday Times Top 60 Green Company. The Group has an ongoing commitment to sustainable office design, fit-out and furnishing and is continually striving to improve its leading environmental credentials.
